I purchased this for my grandmother so she could get updates from assorted family members around the country. Fortunately I tested it basi to make certain everything worked before sending the gift.

Initial activation failed and client service stated it was because I bought it from Amazon and not direct, nevertheless the problem was fixed one day later. I still have numerous family members that may not send photos to the frame even though they are set up correctly.

The touch screen isn’t super responsive but it does function well enough. I may invite individuals to MMS or email pics to the frame (the frame itself does not have its own phone number) through the vizit internet sites such a lot of pictures are a bit grainy but then again my phone is only a 2mp but I’m certain 5mp Droid pics should look great. The frame has a USB and SD slot but the frame’s internal memory itself only contains in regards to 150 pics. So as new ones are sent, the older ones will leave the frame once the 150 pic limit is reached. Bought a second frame! Giving to my best friend for Christmas. For humans who seem to have all the tech appliances already (or at least sufficient cash to purchase what they want themselves), I think this gift is perfect – the fact that only invited people can send pictures to the frame at any time makes this very unique. The frame gives a message when new photos arrive and it’s a great small surprise for the frame owner. I told a friend when it comes to this frame and she bought two of them.

I contacted Vizit client assist in regards to one issue and they were fantastic – once in a while the pictures do take a few hours to make it to the frame, but so far I haven’t had any difficulties with it is Some pictures arrive within minutes, some took a couple of hours, but they all made it is Just like using mms on your cell, at times there is a tremendous delay, from time to time none.

As long as this frame doesn’t break down, I’m giving it 5 stars…

This frame is super easy to set up and applied The photos can be sent directly from cellphones or by email, wholly eliminating the need to transfer photos manually onto a memory card; interface with a computer; or travel to a website to upload photos. My daughter sent me copies of her digital ultrasound photos as an attachment to an email and it without delay was displayed on my frame. Now I have the “first” pictures of my introductory grandchild on display!

I had a few issues with the firstborn logins on the website, but I eventually worked it out and from that point on it has been a breeze. Highly commend if you just don’t want to bother with a lot of extra steps and love finding surprises on your frame when your family is thinking of you.

Day 1 July 6h The unit arrived today, a few days before my wife and I were departing on a six week vacation. The thought was to send, by way of email, photos to our daughter.

At this point the only aspect that worked well is plugging in the unit. I have been unable to establish a log-in to the internet sites This was very surprising. After all, this surely must be the most basic and easiest portion of the frames function.

A call to the assist line was answered rather rapidly. Details were taken and I was advised they would be forwarded to tech engineer with an urgent note due to my trip departure date. Not hearing anything I called back a few hours later. The representative assured me the matter was in the urgent file and he would either call or send me an email as soon as it is rectified.

I still haven’t obtained a call back. Nor have I been capable to log onto the site with the selective information they themselves provided to me.

I will wait until the morning. If the frame is still not functioning by that time I plan on returning it (thank goodness for Amazon). I do like the cellular conception and had planned on purchasing two further and added units had this one worked as advertised. But at the moment I don’t have a good sentiment regarding the professionalism/competence of the company. A gut feel tells me they have a good idea but cant carry through upon it and it is lacking proper management. Hope I am wrong.

Now as to the frame itself. There is little I can comment on in regard to my own photos due to the above. However, looking at the sample photos provided with the frame – presumably taken by a professional, I have to agree with other reviews indicating the solution leaves a great deal to be desired. I don’t in truth acknowledge how to describe the photos. They appear bland. Lack of vividness, sharpness, depth. Nevertheless, if the unit can function it will be ‘good enough’. But I will wait for farther solution improvements before purchasing additional units.

What a fantasti conception though. No email to download. I am hoping it is as easy as our sending the unit a picture and it appearing without any user activity on the frame.

I will update this tomorrow with the outcome and alter the rating if warranted.

Late night, day 1 – competent to log on to the website to activate the frame. I found out by accident as I never obtained the promised email or phone call alerting me to the fact.

Day 2- July 7th

Time running out as we are due to depart on our 11,000 mile car journey. As of last night I was capable to upload my test photos to Vizitme.com but none of the photos are appearing on the frame itself. I placed a call to aid and must note they are doing their most to resolve the issue for me. Also, they apologized for not calling me back yesterday as they had promised. But really, they are sincere in their attempts to overcome the difficulties. Will report back more as events progress. Again, really want this to work. Great concept and I hope overtime new versions with a more outstanding frame solution will emerge.

Final Comments – I Hope

We are now up and running. A number of issues were attended to by their help team as well as a reset of the frame itself. Not sure why all this took place but all is now well.

I am being repetitive but want to close with the observation that I like this product very much and hope it’s next iteration will ameliorate the resolution.

I lately bought the Vizit frame from Isabella Products. Vizit has been a wonderful addition to our family. For me, the initial use is to allocation photos & memories with my family without having to require them to know anything in regards to technology. It was simple and easy for me to configured the frame at vizitme.com and within minutes have our photos show up on the frame. No complex wi-fi setup for my older parents to deal with. I was capable to plainly tell them to open the frame and plug it into power. Their reaction over the phone was worth the price alone.

I chosen the annual plan so I didn’t forget to renew. The software and touch screen has been very easy to use, it feels very “Apple” like.

I compared other frames but opted for this BMW/Mercedes like quality and experience in lieu of a less expensively product and experience.

It is finelooking simple to me. I needed something that would not give my mother trouble, and by extension, not give me any disturbed After setting up the account, taking the frame out of the box, plugging it in, bam it worked. At original I doubted that I was all done, but I haven’t had any disturb since.

What I do find mesmerized about this product is the comfortableness of sharing photos. There are zero headaches transaction with uploading the photos. I take a photo from my Iphone and text it directly to the frame, no wires, and no computer. I have also added other members of my family as friends on the frame so every one is competent to send her pictures directly from their phone. I ask you, what is posing no difficulty

I don’t use it too often, but for vacations and such I upload the pictures from my camera onto the computer and email them directly to the frame, no hassles, and they are on in less than 5 minutes.

On a side note, it does have a touch screen so she has the capacity to respond to each picture sent. I think this feature is nice to have, but she doesn’t seem to bother with its So far that hasn’t been a problem as she calls us every now and again to let everyone know how our photo skills are doing!

The device I received had a different serial number on the box than what was on the widgets Use of the device requires activating it on the companies website, and neither serial worked. I contacted assist and supplied them with information as well as photographs of the device and box. After that I was unable to in truth get a response back via email or by phone. Since the device is basically despicable without service from the company (requires a monthly/annual subscription), and the company doesn’t even seem to be able to activate a new device, I have zero belief they would actually be able to support the picture frame in any way, shape, or manner.
